Pineapple Lemon Cheese Ball:
Think that cheese balls are only for Holiday time? Think again! Here is a light and scrumptious cheese ball to set out at your next family gathering. Try setting out with veggies as well as the traditional crackers-Fabulous! –better make two, they dissappear FAST!
Pineapple Lemon Cheese Ball
2 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
3 drops Lemon Essential Oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 teaspoons seasoning salt (I use Lawry’s)
Mix all the ingredients, except pecans and form into a large ball or two smaller cheese balls (will be soft).
Stick in freezer for 15 minutes. Take out and roll cheese ball in reserved cup of pecans.
Serve with crackers and veggies of choice.
